About Leighanne
At The Bow, Where Direction Begins
Founder Leighanne Neville grew up with her toes in the sand, the salty ocean air on her face, and the wheel of her father’s boat in her hands. The only daughter among six brothers, she learned early that her place at the helm was hers to claim—and that grace and strength are never at odds.
Those lessons became her compass. Leighanne went on to chart a career in finance, serving as Chief Financial Officer for venture-backed companies on both coasts. Navigating the male-dominated world of startups, she brought clarity and conviction, all while holding fast to the intuition and femininity that shaped her.
Today, she divides her time between the East Coast harbors that raised her and the sunlit California shore she now calls home. As a mentor, advisor, and advocate, she has dedicated her career to championing women entrepreneurs — believing deeply that when women rise, we all rise.
