Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your La Proue purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  Opened personal fragrances are not returnable.

Process:
Contact us at hello@laproue.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide instructions and next steps.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
 

Exclusions:
Sale items, gift cards, and used/opened products are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
